Recipe – Edamame Hummus

Edamame is known as a complete protein because it contains all nine essential amino acids.  Eating half a cup of green soybeans adds more than 11 grams protein to your diet.  Source:  Website

Ingredients

2C Edamame
1/2 C Coriander
4 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsp Tahini
2 Tbsp Water
1/2 tsp cumin powder

Edamame Hummus 1

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until the perfect consistency which is shown in the photos.   Keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.
