Recipe – Vegan Chickpea Brownie

Dry Ingredients
1/2 C whole wheat flour
1/2 t salt
1 t baking powder
2 C stevia
1 1/4 C cocoa 70%
4 t instant coffee powder
1 1/2 C chopped Almonds

Wet Ingredients
1 Can Chickpea, rinsed and fill with fresh water
1 t vanilla
1 C of water

Instructions
Preheat – Oven to 180C/350 F
Mix – Flour with the salt and baking powder then all of the dry ingredients together
Blend – Chickpea with filled fresh water, ! C water and vanilla
Combine – The wet ingredients into the dry ingredients together
Pour – The batter onto a 23 x 33 cm parchment paper layer tray
Bake – For 25 minutes until the edge start to fall away from the sides of the tray
Cut – into 24 squares
Note: They are easy to freeze and take out when you need them. Reheat microwave for 90s on High
