Fruit – Quince

This fruit has been cultivated for centuries. Not recommended to be eaten raw, although when it is
very ripe I have read it can be. So I have decided to make a Quince Marmalade.
High in pectin, they are used to make jam, jelly and quince pudding, or they may be peeled, then roasted, baked or stewed.
