Info – Egg Substitute in Baking

These are probably common knowledge, however they are worth trying if you do not
want to use any commercial egg replacement product. We vegan foodies love to
experiment.
For recipes which use eggs primarily as a binder, for one egg include:
1/2 of a medium banana, mashed
1/4 cup of applesauce
1 Tbsp ground flax seed mixed with 3 Tbsp warm water; let stand 1 minute before using
