I have not bought bread for a long time now. I have cut down my
bread consumption down just to the weekend. During the week I prefer
to eat other things than bread. Such as porridge, muesli, all types of
fruit. Actually last week I ate 12 oranges, 1 water melon, 1 rock melon,
8 bananas, 5 apples which is a lot of fruit for me.
Last night I baked this Rye Bread which is one of my favourites.
