I have used a few recipes, but I believe this one is the best. I do not know where to buy vegan
condensed milk near me so I had to make my own. I used this in my vegan cherry cheesecake
Vegan Cherry Cheesecake
3 cups soy or rice milk
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 cup sweet stevia (or sugar)
Pinch of salt
Switch the cooktop to medium heat. Pour and stir the milk, vanilla and stevia into a saucepan
until they are combined. Stir frequently until the liquid has reduced to 1 1/2 cups.
Make sure before you add it to any ingredients it has cooled down. Pop in the fridge to store.
