Vegan Avocado with Murray River lemon salt on Sourdough Toast
It’s a struggle dining out as a vegan. Most good places will think about what they can make vegan which is appreciated. We ate brekky (breakfast) at the place we are staying on the Sunshine Beach (sunshine coast, Queensland, Australia) called Fratellini (brothers) they had something which I make at home and it’s one of my favourite brekkys of all time. I never have salt in my food, but this time I tried the salt which was not overpowering and really added to the flavour of the olive oil, lemon, avocado and sourdough toast.
