What do you have for breakfast ?


For ages now I have tried to get away from bread. I love eating it, but I think I have been eating too much. So I have been trying to hit two potatoes with one stone (my vegan translation non-violent attempt of this – try to kill two birds with one stone) by thinking of healthy whole food breakfast meals. The first one that I thought of is porridge. Very simple and quick to make. Healthy and low GI too. Oh and vegan of course.

I will be posting more comments on breakfast meals soon. Luckily I have been to many countries so I know they do not have bread for breakfast. As a vegan they will be all vegan of course. No animal has to die or suffer to satisfy my taste buds 😉
